Amnesty Scheme? What Amnesty Scheme?

A View. Our plague of a Government.

The Attorney General – the co-opted GB and NI versions- have behaved as conspirators in around 180 separate cases. The authors had to be either the In situ Attorney general Dominic Grieve or the Northern Ireland underling whose form of words are necessary in such contrivances.
The wanted or worried became on the runs in case they were dragged in by the authorities pursuing certain cases and it is simply not feasible the concerns were baseless. In many separate cases that the dirty instrument the Governing bodies invented and deployed as a tool for their respective communities, the elected, required these to assuage their power base.
The actions of the participants in this deal are despicable and without morality or ethical basis having put in place avoiding justice as the required outcome and being safe from inquiry or any threat of appearing in court any day soon as the fixed outcome engineered by the parties to the contrivance. It is a deal carried out in camera.
It is with the legal authority found by the Old Bailey Court.
Whatever ‘On the run’ persons Sinn Fein put forward there was a global amnesty it appears. Whoever they put up were apparently allowed freedom from justice should it arrive at their door. How many were actually turned away, very few it seems. The Amnesty is the in place as the letters are intact and the ruling gives precedent that evidence has been found or brought to Court and cannot be considered because of the very existence of the letter.
The letter of the Law but the invalidation is not a technicality but relates to pursuance of a case. Had it been a technicality then it would have been described as such. More importantly lay it was considered by the party in receipt of the letter as giving that assurance.
As for it being made evident what process was in place the Policing Board were not informed by the PSNI and a Unionist member now recalls the matter being raised and he, Trevor Ringland, now embroiders it with presumption of knowledge regarding the specific content. A radio interview has him suggest it was on the table while he forgets he knew nothing of the sordid back room dealings. He thus appears as sharp as the rugby balls he more capably handled and not for the first time being a Tory apologist.
More importantly the people were unaware and these ‘representatives’ on the Policing Board were given a wide scoping set of possibilities WITHOUT detail. Of course as is now apparent the devil is in the detail.
No more was said about it in similar questioning at later stages nor was the truth of the matter indicated in transparent proces.
The deal makers we learn operate in all parties inGovernment with the coalition continuing this despicable trade.and we learn the Royal prerogative, an invidious and up democratic device exercised by an unelected monarch has been availed of.

To not have whichever cases may exist under their spreadsheet of deformed judicial process not face the justice they deserve, where there to be any case advanced, is in itself criminal and fraudulent.
In a ‘quasi judicial process’ pre Haas and pre Cameron there is again an indication the dirty deals of politicians of each hue, each state, set themselves above the normal judicial process and engage in sordid negotiations with terrorists and their own agents.
Those that do the negotiations are themselves corrupt.

Before and since the atrocious interventions of Prime Ministers Wilson and Callaghan Governments have set agendas for the public will and benefit which abandon ethics and morality of any kind.
The warmonger Blair and the quasi reformer Hain in recent history, have it appears in this latest discovery compromised justice and the the very Courts who administer, in their own adherence to dependence on the state, a compact.
The judiciary is wholly compromised in the corrupt secret dealings and are jeopardised by their leading law brokers Attorney Generals of each jurisdiction, who have made by their own compact over and above the strength of justice they are tasked with overseeing, expose the weakness of their morality in both judiciary and the Government hose laws they operate under. The Law is itself In a complete severance from any moral authority or ethic.
It is a compact in which the Attorney General for England and Wales in collusion with the Government and state collaborators have, for their own historical legacy sought to manipulate legal expression denying the hurt and harm caused, in some cases irreparably to the victims of atrocities carried out in the pursuit of freedom and democracy in the perception of the terrorists and those forces unable to command any value for life.
Troops and terrorists both wrapped up in the expectation of nationhood.
From what era? Roman times, Inquisition, reformation, age of Enlightenment? The state has at its head an unelected sovereignty given to time sensitive ana mirabilis and ana horrabilis. The fort is occupied and every generation supposes linkage to a Kingdom which disunited all.

The Queen of England ERII has long wished to visit Ireland given her interest, firstly in peace but also as a demonstration of the power of sovereignty as a propaganda tool. There was also the un hidden desire to visit some of the worlds finest bloodstock farms which we know was achieved privately and without ceremony as is the proper use of hospitality and shared interest.

The fact is since the early stages of the unravelling of what Sinn Fein declared as most important, the freedom of on the runs, what Sinn Fein could offer was what? A cessation from violence on the part of the IRA?
That had been dealt with also in exonerating deals for the deal makers or known collectively as the Good Friday agreement. Redress for victims and justice for the harmed and deceased? well no.
How about we give an assurance that the bad boys won’t come out and attack the queen should she decide to come to Ireland? A thought.
So sordid a deal was this it exemplifies the manner of priorities each Prime Minister haas in relation to the sovereign and by that the false premise of Nation of which they conspire to perpetuate as if it somehow behaves as a thread. It does not as reflection on the formation of the UK, Ireland was the last to join and tried to be the first to leave. Everywhere across the planet nation constructs are under scrutiny and challenge as the economic systems they depend on come increasing into crisis ridden conflicts.

The troublemakers creating ‘our’ troubles have not gone away and have been set on each side in unfolding all manner of amnesty and continued with their sectarian ways and as cover up for their own mistakes and violations of humanity in Gods name.
Do not for a second be mistaken that the peace is intact. It is in place in a country in which continuing generations follow on with the myths presented to them by redesigned and reconfigured acquiescence in the form of a shared hypocrisy as opposed to a shared democracy. The tyranny has been reestablished and venerated on nationalistic grounds rather than discover of goodwill and equality. The GB and Southern Ireland Governments, along with the compromised external deal makers such as Haas labour the point of Business as usual to prop up failed economic systems. Failed for some, the 99%.

So evolved and disintegrated anti-royalist leanings such as ‘Enlightened Absolutism’ which authored a form of gerrymandered liberalism for the elite intellectual hierarchy of that period. No change with liberalism today it seems. They mock true Socialism and feed scraps to dissenters.
Whigs and Tories in the Emperors new clothes.

They are despicable human beings and as a result sectarianism is still alive and functioning in the divisive construct they have left.

No approximation of truth will be available until the State allows all documents to be openly examined by the people on whose authority they declared themselves to act.

Far from acting in the Public interest they continue to separate and divide through the misuse of power.

Since Daniel O’Connell began lobbying state and religion – did he die on the road to Rome in search of more backing for his legendary status. Certainly an obtuse and unreal narrative exists in his historical context but nevertheless the same extremist values; even handing the liberty of religion to the Irish people in the form of another imperialism, the Roman Catholic Church was an for of divisiveness and dis union.

There is only one God.

Religions cannot divide as they converge on the same spirit.

The shame of ex-politicians and those present day protectors and conspirators with those who believe and believed killing people is an answer to their crude idea of politics and their perception of their own destiny is truly against the teaching of Jesus.

The perpetrators are accountable in all senses.

How can these deals become the Governance of our life’s and how can evidence be ignored and under trial due process be put to court and the appalling basically immunity sentence of 3 years for murder be unkept.
We did not agree to this as part of the Good Friday Aggrement.

HER : A Film Review

Spike Jonze directs.
HER
We are ahead of ourselves. The future has not arrived. A broken heart need not the computer love this narrative prophesies. If anything it closes a journey or pathway for Joaquin Phoenix while destroying his self identity.

In this story he is not without hope however despite the contentment sought which is a concept the near future apparently commodifies.
Even down to his job as a writer hired to create something the real world needs. The scope is a clean, banality yet a hive of life lived or so the superficial environment in which there are bartenders, buses, monorail and a constant – imagine a biosphere where you cannot see the stars perhaps see the occasional cloud – kindly warm atmosphere, insanely white and cosmetic. No product placement but a funny fashion bypass is dispensed.
Buttons, high waistbands and impractical homes exist. Kitchen etiquette is lost if it exists at all. Neighbourliness is Amy Adams as a friendly ear with her own partner. No hanky panky is on Theodore’s agenda whose interest in another is entirely off kilter with the love of his life having broken up with him. The Scarlett (Johansson) woman who has been his partner from College is adrift. Into the near world of altered reality. The unaccustomed but accepted vehicle to extract, enliven the cheerful demeanour of which Theodore is apparently constructed. She also voices as the other Her.

What will be the space we will exist in and how will that greatest of all mysteries – our relationships with a significant other or others – choosing partners for – a life – where is the how in the here and now? Back to the movie and what is your partner thinking just now?

The missing part for Theodore is the old one, ancient one of having a partner. Of this past relationship there has been no encumbrance of children though the near future, where break-ups seem common enough – and an virtual majority are in and around thirty something of age – there is a loss in the story of family and tonality. The love story is central though which is how it is being hyped. Good enough for that and a wonder enough for St Valentines Day. It works best when real folk confront each other though and some great one loners come out of the construct presented.

Will it ever be so? You have a sparkling escapism in store. Dovetailed love is requited, mirrored emotion and mutual but not all consuming need for shared and responsive reflection on your giving to another their needs.
The presence of skin is an issue. The complexities arrive.

The Theodore Twombly dilemma is that he has lost a partner that he loved so deeply he has yet to overcome his emotions and so immerses himself in a virtual answer to his physical loss apart from the retained mental loss. Flashbacks dialogue the moments of reflection of memory. No pretense is supplanted, in fact he believes in this new scenario as another level of relationship. So near future yet so far. Other self or Opposite sex. What is works, it seems to be still within grasp. Little tell tales of picking out visions of preference are an availability. In this world the evolution is developing the story, which holds only tenuously and it is not presumably intended to be much else, a morally unchallenging, jeopardy free, fear free place film environ into which the viewer escapes for a while. The film is not a situational flood. Did I say that? The flood is mind breached.

Awesome it is not. Pleasant it is. Law papers appear so there is an attachment to Law but so much order. The colours are peachy. Citrus.
Another one liner is eschewed but not squeezed.

Twombly you may know is the name of a celebrated American Contemporary painter, the celebrated Cy Twombly whose motive is abstraction with a mix of Impressionism and that provision of an escape route you are given with abstraction to make of it what you will.
He presents colour, distinctive present colour which this film is awash with.
It is a pseudo Cy Twombly canvas.
It is not a Rodin sculpture you can circle. It is not a Goya or portrait of realism which is intended to project the sitter or the artists perception of the subjects perception of themselves or their place in a picture, the picture being the time that is before them is a lesser art in Twomblys eyes.
I venture Twombly is present in Jonze mind as he paints mind states which are subtle as the now only. The now being visible from another direction at all times.

Spike Jonze is retrieving the person all through this movie by exposing frailties, vulnerabilities, limitations of us as we evolve in relationships and how challenging this is and ultimately rewarding it is and need, is thirst for another.
Taanith Esther’s is fast day on the 13th day of the month of Adar which is the sixth month of the Jewish calendar. I digress but there is a – as those familiar with the Jewish calendar will know – an intercalary month.
This occurred to me during the film. That in the stem of life we have there is another point, not a thirteenth month nor a elongation of time but a separation we enable or are enabled to inhabit along that stem we have as life. An abstraction invested in without time lapse or gain.
The film maybe supposes if this ‘future’ positions an additional dimension for us to create the other self or form we are. That we shall become capable at some point or other to do this. The server does not enable human development. The server is the restricted mind. A planet under control.
Everyone will react so differently in the given circumstances and if you take that home and relate the questions it appears to produce then the Spike has it nailed.
I can accept lack of certitude contained within us and thus allow contentions to intrude. This is after all how we adapt. What the film explores is how susceptible and natural we are. The denouement is not transgressive nor is the ending. So no flood?
The muse is the fabulous Scarlett Johansson as a virtualous, virtuous sparky, bright and beautiful fulfillment of self (Her) and himself. She is also Her the former partner. Is he – Spike – loosening a swipe – unworthy of her as a viewpoint of the male? The Her. It is a lame aspect if the Her is used as a virtual solution for male emotional expression. All the women are present but only through the male needs are they documented. No event of the woman alone in a similar place is explored. Hence lame.

As a muse, model woman, the artist is a contrivance, the embodiment that Scarlett inhabits, as the real woman Twombly loves sits outside vulnerably. Her is whom? Amy’s, real name Amy, own situation has Twombly enter the perfect therapy. He as therapist. A subtle inside scoping place within the story. The Her is one character and all.

It is an old fashioned triangle(ish) weave made in a colourful, delightful, insightful, forward thinking strangeness which helps uncover a cloudy view in our poor partial sight.

How does the story develop and how important is story to it?
If only we knew we wouldn’t watch films. Stories need telling.
The filmmaker uses the visual, the portraiture of faces, all real to tell it in a very well paced movie neatly scripted.

By the way the Cinema trailer which I have also seen is far too filling as an appetiser as is the habit these days but it is pathetic and does little for the audience except feel cheated.

****4
Familiar territory this is with enough twists and turns to make you shake off moral judgement as it is here accepted it is not a fixed staple, this future now it ventures is a quest, is a pursuit of knowledge of ourselves and others through others and in the mutual behaviours we become conspiratorial but in a relaxing way! The fretfulness happens when another narrative arrives to be explored. Turn left or right or straight ahead but never backwards. There is no backwards.

Clerical Sexual Abuse : The United Nation Report.

The State Apparatus
Importantly the United Nation has reported on the systematic concealment of Roman Catholic Church historical abuses and the approach of previous Vatican postulation which gave the Bishops the burden of catching and reporting criminal behaviours.
Having the regard to ignore the leadership required to do it themselves and collect evidence which was generally made apparent in the majority of cases largely, the thinking of the highest authority is again using present circumstances to define the past.
Protocols and standards are called as a defence of traditional moralities. Without risk of contradiction the Church call upon these extensively belated measures as a surety of proprietary. This is without the primary obligation to disclose the files and liberate the truth. It has also left in place the proposition that there continues to be abuse.
An inadequate assurance given the past and not universally, Catholic.
It is wholly unnatural as defense of the immorality allowed to disease the religious order. It does not relate to the past. It betrayed the faithful and duty of care of those in their obligation for education and welfare continuously and in the face of accusation came denial from the highest levels.

Very Much in God’s hands. We all are. In public life we are a reflection of our public acquired status. So recorded is information on thinking behind a shallowness of virtue and practice of Christianity. Alongside the goodness is the badness. The Church decisively admonished the publicly exposed while guilty of concealing the perpetrators of vile behaviour as a strategy to retain position. An awful legacy is on it. The mendacities are clear yet God challenges us how to face these truths in public scrutiny while exposing weakness in those who cannot face the ugliness of what is before them remaining enclosed and unwilling to speak honestly to their neighbours.

The past is unclear in Ireland still on these matters and more so elsewhere and still our own knowledge of the brutalities of the religious criminals is partial. Much is unknown and the investigations are barely started.
The present Head of the Holy See is showing signs of engagement with the issues though the official line from the Vatican in response to the report has been one of ejection of its findings in the main. The status being it is acting on known child abuse cases. The Catholic voice spokesperson has said the cases in Ireland were not reported to the Vatican by the Bishops with whom responsibility lay. Really?

The Attorney General Northern Ireland
The selectivity of the Attorney General on commenting on the past and of the creation of amnesty for the Terrorist and State entities who besieged the nation and acted gruesomely further afield in the past thirty years and longer is such that the appalling acts and their Political dimension is enough to have him call on the world to accept partial Amnesty and partial justice.

He is intent on allowing a world whose part comes with jostling crude selected remedy into our history which ultimately will fail resolution between the state perpetrators and the impenitent land annuniciators.
The actors want it buried and mythologised.

AG and predecessors Discriminatory Silences
When it comes to the localism of the larger and greater child abuse grown in the Church under the global religion that the Vatican claims control over, the State is indecent in its discriminatory silence.
The silence has fallen over those many years and longer, fifty, sixty, seventy years or more of those atrocious acts and the Attorney General and predecessors deferred their free expression if any to narrow rooms and the enclosure of walls.

No written air of astute observance can be seen to enter as a companion piece to the observances made on the ‘troubles’.
No, the Attorney General and his fellow travellers have had little or nothing to say about prosecuting the perpetrators of child sexual abuse and bad treatment of minors and the vulnerable by institutions.
Quasi Inquiries have been slowly engaged upon with deference to the actors of the troubles and with contagion from external hegemonies.
Neither is there a prosecuting element within the procedure in which case the follow up investigations which are required in the face of new accounts will lag as is the intention and design of the measures presently undertaken.

Improperia
The virtual denial of this truth has no doubt ruled out considerations of amnesty, of compromise, of politics, of reparation through simple legal slight of hand as it is outside the guard placed on this contagion by God.
The Attorney General would find difficulty in verbalising reproach of a kind dispensed at will elsewhere.
If only the purchase of the vanity in this Attorney Generals pronouncement of his simplistic remedies were not so dire and wrongheaded on the ‘troubles’ past, it would not make the lack of will to protect the children within this land – and by previous acknowledgement may have saved the fall from Gods grace of those in charge of so many betrayed children – so clearly contrary to goodness and hideous by absence.

The timing in the North of Ireland of a meagre inquiry recently undertaken is a convenience in not speaking but it has been preceded by a vacuum of approbated silence.

These two arenas of prosecuting the past are clearly of relative import so why are they, have they, been treated so radically differently?
The Attorney General could enlighten us except that intervention would be misplaced and as array as the first on prosecuting the past.

It is more probable that these comparative conditions are also a contagion of the misrule endured for so long.
